We had a great experience during our Xmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the marina while having breakfast and dinner. The location was also a key factor, with a supermarket nearby and nice restaurants and bars on the pier. the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the food at the hotel was not of the best quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff and services provided were excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and satisfactory. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean apartment that had comfortable beds. The pool area was great, with plenty of beds for guests to relax and enjoy. The location was superb, right on the promenade next to the marina, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including vegetarian, fish, chicken, meat.

During my stay at a hotel in Kusadasi, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. The manager, Kemal, was always available and ready to help. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, especially the pool area which was tranquil and peaceful. The gym was well-equipped and had fresh drinking water available. The terrace restaurant offered beautiful views and a great selection of fresh food. The prices for alcohol and snacks were also reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Turkish scrub and massage offered by Thomas Cook. Despite the limited nightlife at the hotel, exploring the vibrant nightlife of Kusadasi was a great option. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was simply perfect, right by the waterside with easy access to the centre. The view from the buffet terrace was absolutely breathtaking, and it made every meal that much more enjoyable. The staff in the dining room provided excellent service and the buffet for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. The swimming pool area was clean and spacious, and I loved lounging by the poolside. The hotel also offered a variety of leisure activities, such as billiards, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Although this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services, I would recommend it more for couples or solo travelers rather than families.

This hotel is conveniently located, just across the road from the marina and very close to the town, making it perfect for tourists visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with brilliant bathrooms and balconies offering fantastic views. The staff is friendly and forever helpful, providing excellent service. The open-air roofterrace overlooking the marina is the perfect spot for enjoying plentiful and delicious breakfasts.

The evening entertainment at the hotel is lacking and could be improved.
